For non-NHS services, we charge either small or proportionate fees. This is to cover the additional administrative and GP time involved.

Please enquire about the cost of a ‘Fit to participate’ form – these fees vary depending on the time required to go through a patient’s medical history. GPs cannot guarantee the future fitness of any patient for an activity or for the duration of a holiday, even after a full examination and medical history.
